WWE legend Triple H suffered ‘cardiac event’, but underwent successful procedure last week and is ‘expected to make a full recovery’
Triple H is thankfully ‘expected to make a full recovery’ after suffering a ‘cardiac event’ last week, WWE revealed in a statement on Wednesday night.
The 52-year-old WWE legend underwent a procedure at Yale New Haven Hospital, which was successful.
Their short statement read: “Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H, underwent a successful procedure last week at Yale New Haven Hospital following a cardiac event.
“The episode was caused by a genetic heart issue and Paul is expected to make a full recovery.”
At present, there is no further information about the situation.
Triple H, one of WWE’s most famous superstars, is now the company’s Executive Vice President.
He is a father of three and married to Stephanie McMahon – WWE Chief Brand Officer and daughter of owner Vince McMahon.
Triple H is also leader of WWE’s development brand NXT.
