Pub-goers were amazed at the normal and wholesome time the royals spent in the pub near their Anmer Hall home in Norfolk. While the Cambridge family are permanently based at Apartment 1A in Kensington Palace in London, the family of five visit their holiday residence in Norfolk regularly.
The royals were spotted at an unnamed pub on Saturday enjoying their lunch with no security.
Witnesses saw the royal children dressed casually in t-shirts, shorts and trainers as they enjoyed burgers and chips.
People visiting at the pub were taken aback at the “down-to-Earth” royals.
“It was amazing to see how down-to-Earth the family were,” a witness told The Sun.

“Wills had a burger and chips.
“They had their pet dog – a spaniel – with them, and they were all laughing.”
The Cambridges are known to be very hands-on parents and involved in their three children’s upbringing.
“There was one particularly touching moment where one of the children got upset because their food was too hot,” the witness said.
“William was so fast to reassure them and sort them out.
“It was fantastic to see.”
